Terms & Conditions 1. Vehicles Sold as Seen All vehicles are sold strictly on a “sold as seen” basis unless otherwise stated. By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms they have inspected the vehicle to their satisfaction and accept its condition at the time of sale. 2. MOT Provision All vehicles will be supplied with 12 months MOT if a valid MOT is not already present at the time of sale. If the vehicle already carries a current MOT certificate, no additional MOT will be provided unless specifically agreed in writing. 3. V5C / Vehicle Registration Document The V5C (logbook) will be supplied where available. If the V5C is not available at the time of sale, the buyer will be provided with a V62 application form to enable them to register the vehicle in their name. Please note: The DVLA or Post Office may charge an additional fee (currently £25) to issue a replacement V5C. This cost is the buyer’s responsibility. 4. Test Drives & Inspection The buyer is responsible for conducting any test drive, checks, or inspections before purchase. Independent inspections are welcome by prior arrangement. 5. No Warranty Given or Implied Unless otherwise stated in writing, no warranty is provided or implied. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the vehicle once the sale is complete. 6. Deposits & Payments Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Full payment must be received before the vehicle is released. 7. Ownership & Documentation Ownership of the vehicle transfers to the buyer only once full payment has cleared. All relevant documents will be supplied at the time of handover, or, where a V5C is unavailable, a V62 will be issued as described above. 8. Returns Vehicles cannot be returned after purchase unless required by applicable consumer law or agreed in writing by the seller.
